Amanda Bynes Retires from Acting

24 Year old TV and movie star Amanda Bynes has announced that she is officially saying goodbye to acting. The “What I Like About” and “What a Girl Wants” Actress recently tweeted that she no longer enjoys acting and that she does not want to spend her life doing something that does not make her happy.

Amanda Bynes got her big break in acting at the age of 13 when she got her own show on Nickelodeon called “The Amanda Show”; which was a spin off the Nick hit “All That”. “The Amanda Show” was cancelled after 2 two season.

Since her days on “The Amanda Show” Ms. Bynes has had a pretty successful career in TV and movies; with shows and movies including “Rugrats”, “What I Like about You” ( starring her and 90210 alum Jennie Garth, who is also married to Twilight Star Peter Facinelli),”What a Girl Wants”, and ”She’s the Man”.

In February of this year the now retiring Amanda Bynes posed for the sexy magazine Maxim. Sources close to the 24 year old stated that she [Amanda] wanted to show the world a more mature and sexier side of herself.

With Amanda Bynes retiring her fans are now left to wonder what she will do next. The young former actress has yet to reveal any of her immediate plans for the future.
