It appears another Hollywood A-lister has had a run in with alleged paparazzi. This time the iconic Jodie Foster is being accused of attacking a seventeen year old boy, which she claims was paparazzi.

The incident is said to have taken place in the parking garage of an L.A. shopping mall, after Foster and her two children attended the movies. The 17 year old boy is reporting that he only wanted to get a picture with one of his favorite actress, when she unceremoniously attacked for no apparent reason.

Foster camp is reporting that the young man was indeed paparazzi. They are also claiming that the boy in question had been following Jodie Foster and her children throughout the mall and was rather aggressive in his quest of taking snap shot of her and her family.

Sources also claim that Foster repeatedly ask the boy to stop taking photos and to back off; after failing to do so Foster supposedly pushed the boy in an effort to protect her children.

The parents of the 17 year old have a completely different outlook on things. They are claiming that their son, who was a long time fan of Foster, only wanted a photo with the star and an autograph. It is being reported that while they acknowledge that fact the Foster may have indeed been concerned for her children’s welfare, due to the fact that she had had a stranger following them; she had no consideration for their child’s welfare when she allegedly attacked the 17 years old.

The 17 year old’s father had this to say, “My wife is furious that while Jodie was trying to protect her children, she wasn’t there to protect her son; at one point Jodie’s son even came over to my son and apologized. Her kids were really embarrassed; this left a really bad impression on my son about her. He used to be a big fan and now he has a bad taste in his mouth. He’s a good kid; kind of small for his age. There was no threat to Jodie.”

There has been no further news as to what will happen with this case or who was ultimately at fault.
